                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF 
                   GENERAL SERVICES, DIVISION OF ECONOMIC/ 
                   COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, TO RESTRUCTURE AND 
                   RENEGOTIATE THE CITY'S MORTGAGE ON THE 
                   WASHINGTON APARTMENTS LOCATED AT 1301-1405

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Department of General Services, 
       Division of Economic/Community Development, be and is hereby 
       authorized to restructure and renegotiate the City's mortgage on 
       The Washington Apartments located at 1301-1405 Citico Avenue.
